It is located on rue Thiers, but there are around Avignon. Shops closed, abandoned apartments, and abandonment leads to progressive deterioration.
The reason that I can move forward, is that buildings are sold in full, and empty, or not selling ... Meanwhile, they deteriorate. Rue Thiers, like other street has lost businesses, as here, the artisans, and its inhabitants. It is without doubt one of the noisiest Avignon because of traffic, which also causes pollution: windows opening onto the street are no longer an advantage.
The causes are probably multiple, but the fact is, the empty buildings falling into disrepair multiply.
